The VLDS0150NG130-LP is a 150mA linear low dropout (LDO) regulator that supports operation with OR without an external capacitor. The VLDS0150NG130-LP uses Vidatronic’s Fast Transient architecture as well as our Power Quencher technology. The Power Quencher enables its use in low power applications, while the Fast Transient architecture enables excellent load transient regulation of the LDO.

This family of LDOs can provide output voltages that range from 0.5V to 5.0V with best-in-class output voltage accuracy, output noise, and dynamic performance with/without requiring output capacitance. These features make this architecture ideal for applications where size, output voltage accuracy, and output noise are of concern, especially for Internet of Things (IoT) and other wireless applications.
