The Multi-Standard Multi-Channel Audio Platform (CWdaXYZ) is an audio IP core for encoding and decoding multiple streams of multiple formats on single device. The system contains multiple FireWorks CPUs, which share multiple SideWorks reconfigurable accelerators.

The CWdaXYZ platform is implemented using multiple instances of the Coreworks proprietary FireWorks 32-bit RISC processor and the SideWorks reconfigurable accelerator. The CWdaXYZ platform is supported in FPGA and in ASIC.

The system has a control interface to load programs. The programs can be configured, run and monitored by means of a configuration, control, and status register file, accessed by the same control interface.

The CWdaXYZ platform requires program and data memories which can be external or embedded in the chip.

The Audio Data I/O interface can be configured to support parallel multiple industry formats.
