NBIOT55ULP from Rafael is a Narrowband IoT (NB-IoT) RF IP with Tx/Rx Radio for low-power wide area (LPWA) data link applications. It covers all frequency bands defined in 3GPP Releases 13 & 14. Designed with TSMC 55nm ULP process. The receiver includes IQ mismatch correction control and internal calibration for DC offset correction. Standard SPI port supports SOC integration with a DSP/MCU processor and flash memory. This RF IP is generally attached to a L1 processing unit. Contact Rafael for optional L1/L2/L3 processing units.
