Alphawave Announces Successful Bringup of 5nm ALPHACORE100 IP

November 23, 2020 -- Alphawave IP is excited to announce the successful silicon bring up of its TSMC N5 1-112Gbps AlphaCORE100 IP. The AlphaCORE100 is a multi-standard DSP PHY, that supports the leading 100G Ethernet, PCIe, CXL and Base Station standards, while still offering best in class Power, Area and Performance. The successful bring up of the N5 silicon marks yet another accomplishment for both Alphawave and its leading datacenter, AI, networking and 5G base station customers.
